What pops out most in this are the beautiful colors you chose! I love how delicate the linework is, and the hair is just amazing, so vibrant and such a unique hair-style!
The skintones are subtle and yet perfect, the area around her eyes is particularly well done.

As far as improvements go, you might want to go back in with a very fine brush to vary the size of the strands of hair a little more in the neck area. I can see you did it with the further lobes of hair, it just seems a little clunky in the strands on her right side.

Also, the lips and the ear look a little off in their shading. Considering the light source and the hair, the upper part of her ear should be a little darker, I feel, and have more shadows across it.
